Examination Extension & Cancellation, Apply Online, and Receipt Requests




	In order to submit your Examination Cancellation Request, you will need to login to your MY ARDMS account. Once in your account, select "Exam Cancellation" from the "Exam Requests" menu option. Click Ok to enter MY ARDMS.
